Egouttez les amandes puis passez les sous l&rsquo;eau froide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il faut alors \u00ab monder \u00bb les amandes, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire \u00f4ter la peau recouvrant le fruit. Il suffit de tenir l&rsquo;amande entre deux doigts de telle mani\u00e8re que le fruit soit quasiment \u00e9ject\u00e9 de sa pellicule de protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Broyez les amandes en ajoutant progressivement l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un liquide blanc assez homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Filtrez ensuite le liquide obtenu \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un linge a\u00e9r\u00e9 que l&rsquo;on aura pr\u00e9alablement humidifi\u00e9.
